    Pre-heat oven to 175°C / 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.

    In a large bowl, mix 180 gr of unbleached all-purpose flour, 120 gr of sugar, 1 and 1/2 tsp of baking powder and 1/4 tsp of salt.

    In a separate bowl, combine 4 mashed bananas, 1 egg, 120 gr of melted butter and 60 ml of milk.

    Stir banana mixture into flour mixture until blended. Be careful not to over mix.

    Stir in 120 gr of chocolate chips.

    Pour batter into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 175°C / 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
