Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 356°F. |

Mix 200 gr of rolled oats, 100 gr of brown sugar, 2 tbsp of ground flax seeds, 2 tbsp of brewers yeast, 1 tsp of ground cinnamon and 1/4 tsp of salt. |

Whisk 1 egg and add it to the mixture. |

Add 100 gr of coconut oil to the mixture. |

BaRoll tablespoons of mixture into balls and place on prepared ungreased cookie sheet. Use fork to flatten. |

Bake in a preheated 180°C / 356°F oven for 12-15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. |
